At TITAN, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your TITAN account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the sports gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
